Guardiola Updates On Injured Quartet : Aston Villa V Man City : Pep Guardiola Press Conference

Nathan Ake and Jack Grealish are fit and ready to return to action against Aston Villa this weekend, but Kalvin Phillips remains a doubt for the trip to Villa Park.

Phillips has missed both of Manchester City’s last two games since limping off in the charity game against Barcelona, whilst Ake and Grealish have not featured since the 4-0 win over Bournemouth three weeks ago.

They are both now back in full training, with Pep Guardiola admitting they have impressed in the build-up to Saturday’s game against Villa.
